Character randomly starts turning to the left to the point where it will spin in a circle until I turn back to the right. Tried turning off multiplayer and completely turned off WiFi thinking it was a lag issue, still happens.

It doesn't do it with any other games or software, solely Minecraft and only since the bedrock update.

Sounds like a problem with the controller. Maybe check that? Unpair and pair again?
