Duplicate of #MCPE-21416.
I have also experienced this, I cured 3 zombie villagers and brought them into my house, put them in a walled off area with beds and work stations. I went off somewhere exploring, came back and all 3 had disappeared. There was no way they could have escaped or anything get at them, they just vanished so I have also seen this bug.
