Upward Rail Glitch

When climbing up a hill with a minecart and minecart tracks, you get a feeling that you are climbing blocks, not sliding up them. It is like it will be straight 1 block and it will suddenly jerk up 1 block. Pls fix! Many bugs with the Beta Builds
