Created character won't load, music does not play, game crashes on randomly on title screen, on menus and during gameplay.

My created character designs won't load and I have to constantly edit my characters before starting the game, but most of the time, it crashes before I can even begin editing my character or change menu settings. Since starting up the app, music has not played and the game itself has a hard time playing smoothly. If the game does not get fixed, I will have to request a refund.
