If you almost collect XP And runaway It will follow you around and then you cannot collect it

I’m currently playing on MCPE on iPad and the game keeps crashing every few minutes, I know it’s not ana iPad issue as this does not happen with any other app, and the iPad is new, pleas help as I love this game and would really like to keep playing
