[MCPE-62722] Dispensing bone meal in grass block crashes game.

When I try and dispense bone meal onto grass blocks the game crashes, affects realms and local client. Realms roll back but client crashes entirely.

If I place the dispenser directly to the side of the grass block it works some of the time.
