[MCPE-6350] forward controls become unresponsive at random

Issue:
Game stops registering touch controls on forward movement, and will remain unresolved for many seconds.
Flipping the phone over 180 to cause the screen to rotate seems to temporarily fix the issue.

Solution: None found

I still experience this issue, usually on laggy maps and almost always on servers. It is usually experienced while loading new terrain. I use a Samsung galaxy tab S4, but it is not my device causing the problem.
