[MCPE-63694] I'm having trouble connecting to the world of other friends

hello, i've been having a problem for a long time, i can't connect to my friends' world, nor can they connect to mine. Whenever we try the following message appears "it was not possible to connect to the world". Today, I tried again, it worked, but when I left the world and tried to go back, the same message appeared again. All my friends bought their games and each one plays on their own cell phone. I even thought it could be the different cell phone brands, since mine is an IOS and theirs are ANDROIDS. Please help us with this, we like the game very much and we don't want to go so far as to ask for a refund. IT'S INADIMICIBLE that paying R $ 30.00 we still cointinuate with the same problem

Yes I have been having trouble connecting to friends world as well. Normally they don't have problems connecting to mine. But I can't connect to theirs. I end up feeling bad because there is nothing I can do to join theirs.

It happens on android and windows 10. Update 1.14.3

I was told it could be a wifi permissions thing or firewall. But bypassing the firewall doesn't help and NAT permissions are not something I can control on either end. So there is no way for me to test this.

Edit to clarify: This happens with all my friends/family that are not connected to my wifi.

I tried to download a VPN application to see if it would work, on the first attempt it worked, but when disconnecting and connecting again, this error returned

edit: our difference is that none of my friends can connect with each other, so everyone is without playing because of this problem
