[MCPE-63721] Can’t auto jump within 16 blocks of the south and east border of old worlds.

You cannot swim onto land, run up stairs or slabs, etc, within 16 blocks of the world edge on old worlds. If you want to swim up, you have to fly and if you want to go up stairs or slabs, you have to manually jump up them.
