texture glitches after placing blocks

I place a block in creative or survival and most of the time all the blocks around it glitch out. and sometimes players and mobs lose there textures, so i can have a head body and no arms. closing the app then turning it back on will fix the mob glitch most times. and the inventory will lose textures after picking some blocks.
