**see title for summary** **bug is actually in 0.8.0 official release.**
What I expected to happen was...:
When entering text on signs, you should see what you are entering, and you should be able to hit enter to type on multiple lines.
What actually happened was...:
When I place a sign, the keyboard pops up, and when I type, the text I am entering is not visible. When I try to type on multiple lines, only the first line saves.when I exit the sign's GUI , only the first line I have typed is visible.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a sign.
2. Observe the following bugs.

If you use the Samsung keyboard, this bug occurs. Just use a different keyboard. There are plenty on the Play Store!
This is happening to me aswell. It worked fine when I was on most of the Alpha builds, but now it just started happening to me on the official release (It may have had issues on build 8 and 9, but I'm not sure)

How do you have Google Play installed on an Amazon tablet? I have a Kindle Fire but Amazon doesn't let you use Google Play.
This bug happens with Samsung Keyboard and Google Keyboard.
Also, my tablet is Samsung galaxy Tab2 7.0
Karo Lee yeah, it worked ok on beta build 8, no problem, but then I got the full release and the bug appeared.

It happens to me too!!!!!!!!!! It also happens when I try to enter a world name or seed! It will be hard to play minecraft without signs... 😞 I'm glad it isn't only me. It is also in creative
