Passive mobs (specifically cows, sheep, pigs, turtles, llamas, mules) are despawning - these are all mobs that have been bred. It doesn't seem to be a location issue, donkeys, horses, and skeleton horses that are in the same area (part of a barn but different stables) are not despawning
