Hi, I have minecraft PE on my phone. Recently when I go to touch a block it will be off. If I lay/destroy a block where my finger hits, itll destroy/lay across the screen. I will attack a screenshot. The circle is my finger, the light on the block is where it wants to destroy. It does it in 3rd, 1st person etc.
