[MCPE-6493] Tapping any block with Bone Meal will cause it to lose one Bone Meal.

What I expected to happen was not to use up one Bone Meal.
What actually happened was it used up one Bone Meal.
How to reproduce:
Hold bone meal in hand.
Tap on any block.

You're on survival. You know that, right? It's not like survival means infinite items.

I can confirm. I can tap any block and it uses up one Bonemeal.

But on Survival, the bonemeal IS infinite. I have an iPhone 4 and it never ends unless you leave and go back to the world.

It's normal: you have to spend the bonemeal to see if something happens to that block!
