In particular, the skins , servers or anything related to the server is not loading(aka loading for ever). My conclusion is tht there is a server connection issue or problem with the store in general but im not sure.

We're actually already tracking this issue under MCPE-61006 so I've requested this report be resolved and linked as a duplicate.
