[MCPE-65582] Can't craft fireworks rocket in Creative

When I put 3 gunpowder and 1 paper in 2×2 crafting grid in Creative mode, I can't craft fireworks rocket, but the ingredient suddenly appear in hotbar and return to crafting grid
