This interface is very outdated. I suggest you should add a new use button(similar to right click) and an attack/break block button(similar to left click) and a pick block button and a drop item button and a one tap sneak button. This would really help the touch community be as competent at playing minecraft as the others, you could look at the fortnite hud Layout for inspiration.
