Issue:
Moving atop scaffolding that’s placed on the ground makes the sound of the block directly below it instead of the scaffolding stepping sound.
Expectation:
Walking on scaffolding makes the scaffolding stepping sound.
Recreate:
1. Place a line of scaffolding on the ground with blocks below.
2. Run/walk on it.
3. Observer that the stepping sound of the block below is made instead of the scaffolding stepping sound.

We're actually already tracking this issue in MCPE-53279, so I've resolved and linked this ticket as a duplicate.
That ticket has already been resolved as Fixed. The fix will arrive in the next version or is already included in the latest development version of the game, you can check the Fix Version/s field in that ticket to learn more.
