Minecraft from windows 10 crashing when starting

when I try, starting the game simply freezes the entire system having to wait for the game to close alone only resolves a little when I re-create the game

when opening the Windows Log Manager I found some information that the system itself gave us:

T*he Minecraft.Windows.exe program version 1.14.30.2 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.
