If you are at Y 1 and put a Shulker box at your feet it will glitch you through bedrock and into the bottom of the world this also works in the nether and the block between you and the bottom of the world can be replaced does not need to be bedrock
Disclaimer: I have not tested it in survival and I haven’t tested it with Shulker boxes other than light blue
