[MCPE-66702] Coarse Dirt not generating around mega spruce trees when grown with saplings in 2x2 manner

When you place spruce saplings in 2x2 manner, it doesn't generate coarse dirt around it when a tree is grown...

Tested in Android 10 Nokia 6.1 Plus

I'm sure it also exists in ALL BEDROCK VERSIONS

Note that podzol should be generated.
