I downloaded the dlc "original lucky block" yesterday started playing today but it's missing the lucky tokens from the game which is needed to progress the story please help

It asks for lucky tokens in the original lucky blocks dlc but i cant aquire them anywhere in the game so i cant progress having already spent money on the dlc to get it om quite unhappy at being unable to acess it
