fortune on all levels does not work at all on pickaxes, i have searched and seen this problem has been talked about before but it has not been fixed. i tried starting a new world, have enchanted all pickaxes from iron all the way to netherite and have spoke with many friends facing this same problem. i do not switch from creative to survival or vice versa, please fix this ! im in the beta testing mode so this may be what is causing the problem but ! it shouldent be happening thanks !
ps: i have not tested on other items if fortune is broken, might be broken also.

this is a bug that is in the beta that i am enrolled in ... so i reported it like it asks me too ...
