I started a new survival world in the beta version of Minecraft bedrock to play with the new nether changes, as soon as i got my hands on a netherite pickaxe I enchanted it with efficiency 4 and fortune 3. Upon mining diamond ore later that day, each ore only gave me one singular diamond, the next time I discovered diamonds the exact same issue appeared.
