Enchanted item glow takes up entire inventory slot instead of the item sprite

When a carved pumpkin is enchanted, the enchantment glint covers the entire square of the hotbar/inventory instead of just covering the pumpkin.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Obtain a carved pumpkin

2. Enchant the carved pumpkin with Curse of Binding/Vanishing

Observed Results:
The enchantment glint covers the entire inventory slot.

Expected Results:
The enchantment glint should only cover the carved pumpkin.
