Piglins sit elevated on boats and minecarts

Piglins take an elevated position whilst in boats and minecarts.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a boat and minecart

2. Spawn two piglins

3. Move one piglin into the boat and the other into the minecart

Observed Results:
The piglins float above the boat/minecart.

Expected Results:
Piglins should not float above boats/minecarts.
