[MCPE-68720] Mineplex survival mode

When I join Mineplex I Cant join survival mode it says joining survival 19 then it says server not found and normally I play on survival 15 and all my stuff is there like my house and loot.

I did go into Mineplex and I just realised they the feedback is this place so now I can’t play survival mode😞
