Grass block top texture randomly rotates

i had just finished building a bridge and was but to change the grass blocks on the ground to stone bricks, but then i noticed that the texture seemed too have to have bugged out, so far these are the only blocks in the world that are affected by this bug. This is also the first time i have seen it, i tried removing a block and putting it back, but the texture didn't change back to normal. My game is not modded or anything, my device is not rooted or jailbreaked. my device is a Huawei ascend G600, but i don't know if anyone else sees it. if you can't see you might need to zoom in or something to see what's wrong with the texture properly
