[MCPE-69047] Netherite armor uses diamond armor equip sound

Equipping netherite armor uses the sound of equipping diamond armor. In Java edition equipping netherite armor has its own unique sounds.

Steps to Reproduce:

Have one piece of diamond and netherite armor
Equip the diamond armor piece and netherite armor piece
→ ❌ Both diamond and netherite uses the same sound for equipping

Observed Results:
They have the same sounds.

Expected Results:
Equipping netherite armor should have its own unique equipping sounds like in Java Edition.

Attachments

There is a different pitch to equipping the armor. Idk if this counts as a different sound, but they're pitched differently.
