[MCPE-69722] RTX Beta, stuck on Create World screen

UPDATE:

This was apparently caused by a texture pack I had installed. Deactivated it, and all's well.

~~I have the RTX Beta on a non-RTX machine. Win10, i9-9900/64GB, 2xGTX1080 in SLI.~~

~~Load Minecraft~~
~~Click Play~~
~~Click Create New~~
~~Click Create New World~~
~~Click Create~~

~~Minecraft does not leave this screen. All buttons contnue to animate when clicked but have no effect. Pressing Escape has no effect.~~

Further to this, I've just tried to load my own World and cannot join that. Selecting it from the world list locks me at that screen, just as above. Buttons continue to react but have no effect. Escape does not get me out. Only option is Alt-F4.

This may be the same bug as MCPE-69581

First of all, minimum specs include rtx 2060, you're below that, second of all you should update your drivers

Drivers were updated yesterday and the game should run in 'normal' mode on non-RTX machines.
