[MCPE-6996] Sign Shadow Makes It Hard To Read The Text

When I place a sign down, it is difficult to read the text that I have put onto it because of how the lighting affects it. Even if there is a lot of light around the sign, it will still cast a shadow over it.

Thanks Alex, that comment was for MCPE-6998, so i've removed it from here. Also, confirmed on Samsung Galaxy S4 Android 4.4.2 running MCPE 0.10.5. Since it's a lighting issue, I've assigned it to tommo.

Reoccurring on 0.13.0; on a Kindle Fire HD (1st gen).
Actually, this is just the fog making it impossible to read except when less than one block away from the sign.
