built super smelter it involved using 2 minecarts with chests it was up and running left that spot to work on another project only to come back and find that that minecarts with chests were missing from the build everything was intact and the the smelter was running on whatever was left in them but the minecart with chest were nowhere to be found (single player world) checked the also checked the output chests they are just gone.
