I found that when i try smelting gold ore in both blast furnace and normal furnace gold ore doest respond to the coal, wood, wooden slabs or any other furnace fuel source

I'm playing the beta and having the same smelting problem. I even tried smelting it through hoppers but that doesn't even work.
