[MCPE-70658] Piglins and hoglins do not respawn in bastions

Summary:
After piglins and hoglins have been killed in a bastion, they do not respawn.

Steps to Reproduce:

Go to the Nether
Use /locate bastionremnant to find a bastion
Use /kill @e to kill all piglins and hoglins
Wait a few minutes around the bastion

Observed Results:
Piglins and hoglins do not respawn after being killed in bastions.

Expected Results:
Piglins and hoglins should respawn after being killed in bastions.

However, this issue has been closed as Working as Intended.

Piglins and Hoglins will spawn as usual if the Bastion is located in a crimson forest. There is no specific spawning added for Piglins and Hoglins for Bastions. If you need help or have a suggestion you might like to follow a link below.
