Sounds when breaking blocks not working
The sounds for breaking sand and picking up blocks are not working
You can here it breaking, but not the popping when it breaks or when you pick it up
What actually happened was...:
Describe what happened here
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use any tool in survival and break sand
2. Then go to about where water is and break blocks
3. Pick up different blocks that have dropped like sugarcane or wheat
