Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place an anvil

2. Place a warped fungus on a stick and Mending/Unbreaking book in the anvil

Observed Results:
Warped fungus on a stick cannot be enchanted with Mending and Unbreaking.

Expected Results:
Warped fungus on a stick can be enchanted with Unbreaking and Mending.
