TNT should explode when on fire from lava

so i am playing on a creative test world looking for a bastion and i am just blowing the place up and having fun when i notice after placing some tnt over lavathe picture below happened the fire was there the tnt was there but tnt should have explodedi checked game rule firetick and tnt explodes was on but the tnt didnt explode

Did you turn TNT Explodes off?

TNT will always explode under lava except if TNT Explodes is disabled (via /gamerule or via World Settings in the World List.

i see that i forgot to mention that yes i checked it tnt explodes was turned on
