1 melon stem can produce 2 melons.

I've witnessed it and the only other stems near it were not adjacent to the second melon. I'm not sure if its the environment making this happen or if it. Can do this normally...... or an intended feature? Also, the melons grow way too fast. I had a stack in under 2 minutes.
