There is a bug in Minecraft for iOS that makes it not able to copy signed books and quills anymore. I signed a book and quill and I tried to copy it in a crafting grid with a book and quill that is not signed and when I tried to copy it, it just gave me back my signed book and quill and taking the unsigned book and quill.
