[MCPE-71820] Water logged blocks can no longer be moved by pistons

When moving a water logged block by a piston, the water disappears.

We're actually already tracking this issue at MCPE-67084, so I will resolve and link this ticket as a duplicate.

However, that ticket has already been resolved. That means that this is not considered a bug and won't be fixed. Please do not leave a comment on the linked ticket.
