Steve Epic, this is the third time you have entered the exact same bug into MCPE's Bug tracker. That is not a good thing.
The Moderators of this bug tracking tool are volunteers who assist Mojang's MCPE developers to identify bugs so they can be resolved. We moderators spend the majority of our time confirming reported bugs and cleaning up the reported bugs so that the developers can focus on fixing them.
When you repeatedly enter your bugs into the system you create more work for us that slows down the developers fixing bugs.
If you want a particular bug fixed faster, I recommend searching for that bug many different ways, asking to link all those bug reports together, providing as much detail about the bug as possible, and getting more votes for one specific bug report so that it goes higher up on the list of Popular Issues. Your current efforts do not fall into any of these categories.
To assist with any future efforts, I am linking almost 30 reported issues together. All of them appear (to the best of my abilities) to relate to the same D-pad too small problem. I am setting MCPE-3041 as the primary bug report for all of the others and I am assigning that bug report to Jeb. All others will be resolved as duplicates unless there is a reason to believe their problem (not just their device) is different.
This means if you have further information to help resolve this bug, please post it on that bug report (MCPE-3041), and not on the others. Please vote for that bug report if you would like it resolved faster. I have added my vote to help your cause.
All issues related to the GUI HUD D-pad controller size being too small (despite the setting in the options that changes the D-pad controller size) have been linked to MCPE-3041.
