Hyphaes' mining speed is very quick

Hyphaes' mining speed is too fast compared to regular logs. It should only be slightly faster like in Java Edition.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Place down hyphae and wood

  2. Mine the hyphae and wood in Survival mode

Observed Results:
Hyphaes' mining speed is much faster than woods.

Expected Results:
Hyphaes' mining speed should be the same as woods.
