FORTUNE PICKAXE DOESN'T WORK

More specifically Fortune Enchantment doesn't work

This has been reported many many times already, please check before reporting.
Also, was all caps really necessary?

Ok but i was told to report these bugs and i have mo time to look if others have submitted just it im not yet gamiliar with this website and o just created this account and this bug was like 3 weeks
