[MCPE-7238] UI too small!!

Hello, I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab PRO 8.2 and when trying to play MC:PE
the UI was way to small it looked like the phone version rather than the tablet version.

You can change the scale of D-pad in game options.

All issues related to the GUI HUD D-pad controller size being too small (despite the setting in the options that changes the D-pad controller size) have been linked to MCPE-3041.
