Summary:
Dispensers can't equip armor on villagers. In 1.16.0.51 Dispensers can equip armor on mobs.In java Dispensers can equip armor on villagers.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find a villager.
2.Place a Dispenser.
3.put armor in Dispenser.
4.Then give Redstone.
5.Now Dispenser can equip armor on villagers.
Observed Reserved:
Dispensers can't equip armor on villagers.
Expected results:
Dispensers can equip armor on villagers.
