Good morning, there is a bug in beta version 1.16.0.57 of Minecraft Bedrock, what happens is that in previous versions a slab and stairs of any type and a block of water could be in the same place and if the slab was moved by a Piston, the water block was still there, but now the slabs and the stairs cover the water and make it disappear, this affected me a lot since I had several red stone mechanisms based on that function and now it is no longer useful , it also had an iron.It seems that the villager-based iron farm that stopped working in version 1.14.60 used to spawn an iron golem from time to time and now does nothing anymore.
