[MCPE-72688] elytra "too expensive "

on bedrock, me and my friends have been trying to repair or add enchantment books to elytra's but it just says its too expensive even though we have tons of levels

Anvils have a maximum level that you can use, it won't let you beyond that.

yes i have but then it stopped working

i made a new fresh new anvil and it still wont work

If you have enchanted an item too many times that happens
