Xbox 360 Edition - All Multiplayer Achievements glitched and not unlocking

This has been an issue which i have attempted to raise with xbox support for some years now. Me and my friend played ranked mini-games on xbox live to attempt to unlock all the achievements. Initially they did unlock and did show up on our console when they unlocked however, they did not count towards our gamer-score, nor show up on xbox one. I waited three days in case there was a delay updating, however when Xbox support suggested to redownload my profile, all records of the mini games achievements were gone. When i re attempt to unlock them on mini games nothing happens. I think this is because as far as the software is aware I have unlocked it but this is not being transmitted to the other end to Xbox Live. Therefore I think this more of a bug of the game rather than xbox live.
