It happens lots of times that my game displays light glitches. They disappear whenever a light source block is updated.

This happens sporadically on PS4 also. When I play on PS4 split screen with a partner, either the glitch appears for him, or for me, but never at the same time. i.e the area is dark for him on his screen, but on my screen, it appears normal.I have had it happen playing solo on PS4 also. Adding a torch to the darkened area lights it back up.

This happens for me as well if i go to it and break a block within the dark patch it goes away. If a torch is within the black area it only gives light within the block it's put on but if i break it the black spots go away. I log out and log in and it goes away unless i fly to another part of the world that isn't far and they are there as well
