When breaking Diamond with the Netherite pickaxe with the Fortune 3 enchantment, he doesn't drop more than 1 diamond, I broke 8 diamond ores and in total came 8 diamonds, and it's not just the diamond, it happens with Redstone, Lapis lazuli and Esmeralda and others.
